The Fall / Winter 10 - 11 UHF Hockey League will accept players on a team only basis. All
players must be registered with USA Hockey  in advance.

Teams must provide own jerseys with team color pre-approved.

Payment Schedule:     $6750  ($2500 - Sept 15),   ($2500- Dec 1),   ($1750 - Feb 25)
