| Registration is now open for The Cube, Ice Time programs

After over a year, the ice cream is back in Santa Clarita, and the Cube – Ice and Entertainment Center is now open to the public! Residents and visitors can now sign up for the Cube’s lineup to once again enjoy ice sports in the Santa Clarita Valley.

To get started, visit the Cube website at and click on the “Create Account” button for the DASH registration platform. Individuals can create their own accounts or create one for their whole family.

Once an account has been created, available open sessions and other scheduling times can be viewed through the “Sign Up” menu. Due to current Los Angeles County Department of Public Health orders related to COVID-19 safety, pre-registration and payment are required for all programs available at the Cube. Cube sessions are available in four categories:

Family camps – The camps consist of free skating for all ages with a variety of hours available during the week.

Freestyle – These sessions are intended for ice skaters with their coaches who teach them to improve techniques and work on routines for competition.

Pick up hockey – Pickup games are intended for hockey players 18 and over. Each match lasts approximately one hour and fifteen minutes and matches are limited to 22 skaters and three goalies.

Stick time – Open training sessions for hockey players to improve their skills and / or conditioning.

The City knows the community is eager to use the Cube for events, both on the covered ice and in The Top Shelf banquet area. The necessary equipment is being acquired to support these events. In addition, the rental costs are still being fixed. The City looks forward to welcoming the community to use the Cube for events and appreciate their patience as we put all the pieces in place to make it a superior experience. Further details regarding the rental of the facilities will be available once finalized.
